I am looking to add a new help file specific for our customer but I am getting issues with the portal when clicking on the icon. The site map has been setup to call the openNewWindow function of the toolBarScript.js file, when clicking the icon the help file opens as expected in a new browser however the portal in the existing browser goes to a blank page with the word [object] in the top left of the screen.
How do I stop the portal page from doing this?
I have also tried to add a custom version of the js file into the custom update folder and also created a custom version of the MainFrame.aspx file to point to this new jscript file. I get an error on the monitor that says it contains an illegal path, I have tried adding a rule that basically says allow .* within the custom update folder but this still doesnt work. Would someone be able to give me advice on URL set as well.?
