Unable to access VIP from same as well as different subnet

Hi,

i have configured Highly available DirectAccess Server 2012 r2.

Direct Access Configured on edge using PKI. Enable the Network load balancer with multicast.

issue:-

I am unable to ping the VIP  Address from same subnet as well as different subnet.
