Poor remote app sound through UAG

Hi All,

We have published a remote application through UAG where user gets an option to play some videos as well.

We are facing an issue where the sound quality is very poor when the application is being accessed through UAG. If the application is accessed internally through the RD Web access sound is fine.

Any help on this would be appreciable.
