DA2012 - load balancing separate servers

I'm working on setting up load balancing two DA 2012 servers.

My intention is to use Cisco ACE load balancing and then have it send connections to the two servers independently. The goal is to set up each DA server 100% independent of the other, so one is not even aware of the other. They would use the same iphttps certificate, and the same client gpo, but different server gpo.

Do you see any roadblocks with this approach?
