Forefront UAG 2010 SP4 endpoint components

I'm planning to install SP4 for Forefront UAG 2010.

I have an estate of laptops without admin rights so once I've installed SP4, Staff won't be able to update the endpoint components. I'm looking to install the end point components before hand to avoid this.

1. Where can I download the latest end point components from?
2. Is the latest endpoint components backward compatible?
