Delegated administration (troubleshooting) on DirectAccess for Server 2012 R2

With DirectAccess for Server 2012 R2,  is there any way to delegate permission to the Inbox Accounting and/or dashboards?  I understand how to do GPO delegation based on this article (below), but my interest is in basic helpdesk troubleshooting.

How are folks delegating those privileges?
