Remote Access Server Settings GPO

I had to change the external IP addresses of my DirectAccess server over the weekend. The GPO it generated contains one reference to the old IP address under a section called "Extra Registry Settings" and I can't seem to edit this section with the GP Editor. This may be a Group Policy question, but I need some guidance on how to edit this line.  Is there a template to install that would let me edit this?
