Should I ask for a new VM for UAG install if the one I have been given has Anti Virus software on it?

Hi,

Reading UAG install info tells me that a clean server should be used - my IT guys have given me a VM with Anti virus already on it - should i ask them to give me a new VM with no Anti virus software on at all?
